I’ve been receiving a few phone calls about the phone CBT, and am looking for some help to fix it, or figure out what’s wrong. Have you had anyone at your store say their quiz results weren’t logged? If it happens, please contact me with their name, time and date it happened, what kind of computer (Windows XP, Vista, Mac, etc) they were using as well as what web browser (IE 8, IE 7, IE 6, Mozilla 3.5, Mozilla, 3.0, Safari, etc.). It seems to be an intermittent issue, that I’m trying to track. Thanks for help.
